This incentive is designed to offer property managers with 50 or more properties (“eligible participants”) a complimentary ResiAIR installation from resicentral in a selected property for a trial period of three (3) months. By participating in this incentive, participants agree to these Terms & Conditions.
The incentive is open to property managers or management companies managing fifty (50) or more active rental properties.
Eligible participants must complete the application form located here – (www.resicentral.co.uk/event-form). The incentive is limited to one installation per eligible participant.
Participants will receive a complimentary installation of ResiAIR in one chosen property. Resicentral reserves the right to coordinate the installation date and time.
The free ResiAIR installation trial period will be three (3) months, beginning on the date of installation (this will be the “Trial Period”).
At the end of the Trial Period, eligible participants can either:
Continue ResiAIR service at the applicable rate.
Request the removal of the ResiAIR equipment at no cost.
If an eligible participant continues with ResiAIR services post-trial period, all applicable fees will be based on ResiAIR’s standard pricing and terms.
If the eligible participant sees energy savings of greater than ten percent (10%) they commit to marketing the ResiAIR product to property owners on their data base or offering ResiAIR to their homeowner database as part of their management package.
The incentive cannot be combined with any other offer or incentive or discount provided by resicentral.
ResiAIR equipment installed under this incentive is for demonstration purposes only and may not be transferred, sold, or tampered with in any way. Resicentral reserves the right to terminate or revoke participation in this incentive if misuse of equipment or a violation of these Terms & Conditions is detected.
Resicentral is not responsible for any damages that may occur to the property during installation, use, or removal of ResiAIR equipment, except as required by law.
Eligible Participants assume all risks associated with the use of ResiAIR equipment during the Trial Period.
ResiAIR reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this incentive at any time without prior notice. Changes to the incentive will not affect Participants currently in an active trial period.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England.
By applying for and participating in this incentive, eligible participants accept and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
